Important to Note:

  • Complimentary Valet Parking is available for all attending guests
  • Express Check-out will close at 6:30 p.m., you can register any time prior to the event or at Check-in.

Evening Timeline:

4:30 p.m. Complimentary Valet Parking available outside the University Center

5:00 p.m. Silent Auction Opens.
Hosted reception featuring hor d'oeuvres, Estancia wines, and beer from Peter B's Brewpub.

5:50 p.m. Ballroom Opens for Seating

6:20 p.m. First section of Silent Auction CLOSES

6:25 p.m. Second section of Silent Auction CLOSES

6:30 p.m. Final section of Silent Auction CLOSES

6:30 p.m. Program and dinner service begins. Program features 3 students speakers.
